Get strong with the cp powerlifting program

The CP Powerlifting Program is a 12-week program consisting of 3 periodized blocks for lifters looking to get strong for the long term. This program will challenge you to improve your personal bests in the squat bench and deadlift while correcting muscular imbalances and weaknesses.

Block 1 (Weeks 1-4) - Focuses on improving technique and implementing strategically programmed accessory movements.

Block 2 (Weeks 5-8) - Emphasis and intensity of the 3 primary lifts will increase.

Block 3 (Weeks 9-12) - This final phase will focus on specificity of the 3 primary lifts to peak strength.
